For Users that have full time internet connections, whether it be via a Stafford Leased line connection or another provider, Stafford can monitor your onsite hardware 24/7 remotely to alert you of any outages. We can test to make sure specific services are running, such as http, smtp, pop3, and radius protocols, and if any of these services fail even though the server may continue to run you would be alerted.
